City of Simi Valley Violates its 'Land Use' Ordinance
The city won't 'allow' residents to park cars on a gravel surface on their
property, but lets hundreds of cars park and travel on gravel lanes on city's
property!?
The city won't 'allow'
paving on private property through which grass can grow while grass grows
through city owned post office parking lot docks where dozens of mail trucks
load and offload mail each day drenching the soil with pollutants through
cracks in the pavement, or
where dozens of those trucks park every night drenching the soil with
pollutants through cracks in the pavement, or
where hundreds of post office customers park their cars each day drenching
the soil with pollutants through cracks in the pavement, or
city owned public school parking lots where grass grows through crracks
in the pavement and hundreds of cars daily pollute the soil through those
cracks, or....
