Oct. 11, 99 - A judge and state prosecutor, both Jews, are facing criminal prosecution for forging jury instructions in 1992 in an attempt to defraud Mr. Pribich of intelectual property. Now Jews are attempting to defraud him of property, rights to privacy and enjoyment of property in a Judeo-Croat Chain Conspiracy. What a 'coincidence', Croats and Jews are both Serb enemies, and Mr. Pribich 'just happens' to be a Serb. Well, prison is where forgers and conspirators belong, and there's a mountain of evidence against them with more coming in daily.

JUNE 14 1999 UPDATE: Two sets of 'citations' in less than a month!? The city wants $400 from Mr. Pribich for what they call non-compliance while three doors up the street not even one citation was issued to date even though on February 16 both residences were issued 'warning notices'!? That's four months now! Does this amount to fraud on Mr. Pribich or harassment? Here are a few of the city's own violations of its 'land use' ordinance, you decide.

JUNE 17 UPDATE - Debbie Gabler who refused to disclose whether she is a Jew made a decision for city hall to decline Mr. Pribich's initial rejection of citations "based on the law", but when asked about a double standard and city's gravel roads ('land use') she said she didn't know and suggested that he ask the cops. Her supervisor, Steve Elam could not "process" nullification of citations because Mr. Pribich's letter dated May 22, 1999 contesting the 'citations' was late, and added $156 in 'penalties' for a total of $556. As it turns out, Mr. Pribich had until May 26 to respond. If this is not fraud, what is?

JUNE 22 UPDATE: On June 16 Mr. Pribich called Steven Elam to point out the 'error' regarding the 15 day 'deadline'. Mr. Elam was not in his office and Mr. Pribich left a message with his telephone number but the call was not returned. When Mr. Pribich talked with Debbie Gabler on June 17 asking her to clarify whose signature appeared next to hers in the letter she signed on April 30 she said she'd have to find out and call back. She did not. Mr. Pribich pointed out that after she signed the letter on a Friday it had not been mailed until the following Thursday, May 6, and she answered that was "not very likely". Well, she was the last person at city hall signing it on April 30 when Steven Elam claims it was mailed. Who's lying to whom here? What is this world coming to?

JULY 1 UPDATE: Have the Jews at city hall gone completely mad? Now the cops have issued another set of 'citations' demanding $1200 from Mr. Pribich for parking his cars on his own property while the city's mayor after three and a half months has still not kept his word to notify Mr. Pribich regarding the cement blocks Mr. Pribich wants to use as paving under one of his cars. In preparing our case for action against the city we have posted some messages from Jews trying to suppress the truth on CompuSerb in order to demonstrate the timing of city's actions as a concerted effort. We have included a list of officials in city hall so that you could take some guesses where the harassment may have originated.

JULY 6 UPDATE - AM: Jews at city hall have their servants at the Simi Valley police department running arround town like Keystone Cops trying to enforce 'violations' we have posted on CompuSerb in order to demonstrate 'compliance'. However, their Jewish masters have been blinded by their past success to the point that they have become totally ignorant of the law, just as Jews in Washington who bombed the Serbs in the sovereign country Yugoslavia in violation of International Law and the U.N. Charter. Jews have used their holocaust slogans since WWII to gain sympathy so that they can ride on the backs of non-Jews whom they view as animals as taught by The Jewish Talmud which to them is what The Bible is to the Christians.

The issuance of three sets of citations demonstrates the intent to defraud while using threats and intimidation to commit extortion. Even if Mr. Pribich had violated any of the so-called ordinances, after the issuance of warnings he had the constitutional right to have it determined by due process whether in fact or law his cars parked on his property are a nuisance. JULY 10 UPDATE: On June 14 we posted the fact that the neighbor up the street did not get a single citation while Mr. Pribich received two sets for each of his three cars even though both residences received 'warning notices' on February 16. Well, guess what, in order to make it look good, cops finally issued a citation to the neighbor and another set of citations for each of Mr. Pribich's three cars for good measure. (Street name in citations below was removed for posting.) Worth noticing is the fact that the citations for both residences are dated 6/28/99 at 0910 hours - in other words they were written at exactly the same time! Now, was that just a coincidence, was it premeditated or was it done in a hurry without thinking after someone at city hall called with new ordrers? We'll save the element of surprise for the coming legal action against the city.

JULY 16 UPDATE: In preparing for legal action we realized that in 1991 the City of Simi Valley was released of claims for failing to supervise the clearing of debris under the Pribich home when it was being built, making it practically worthless today unless it is torn down, debris cleared and completely rebuilt. That $168,700.00 estimate was given in 1989, we'll soon see how much it would cost today to rebuild the house and whether the city can be held accountable now since Mr. Pribich is being harassed about a property that can not be improved without rebuilding.

JUJY 19 UPDATE: Are the Jews in city hall getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar, or are they just plain harassing Mr. Pribich?

JULY 21 UPDATE: Mr. Pribich stopped by the yard above and the man in the picture, Robert, came over. After Mr. Pribich told Robert that his picture was on the Internet and why the picture was posted, Robert said that the gravel covered surface was actually a "blacktop" except for the area where he stands in the photo because that area was under construction. Then Mr. Pribich asked Robert about the gravel parking lot across the way where the city placed a parking sign for the disabled and Robert had no answer. It appears that this guy was coached after Mr. Pribich posted the photo above on the Internet.

JULY 22 UPDATE: This afternoon Mr. Pribich got this notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles for a car parked on his own property - here's the section of the California Vehicle Code he allegedly violated. This morning Mr. Pribich confronted Steven Elam at city hall regarding the misrepresentations that he and his Jewish assistant made in this case - details will follow.

JULY 26 UPDATE: We discovered evidence of fraud where the City of Simi Valley makes misrepresentations to the Department of Motor Vehicles. However, we will preserve that along with other yet undisclosed evidence for the coming legal action.
