A DEVELOPING STORY May 31 - is neighbor cop threatening Mr. Pribich? 'PARKING CITATIONS' ON PRIVATE PROPERTY? ![]() Not only is that illegal, but the cop who issued the 'illegal parking warning notices' was observed walking onto private property shown in the center photo below, lifting covers and looking inside the cars. This cop laid his hands on private property located on private property, and when complaints were made to the police department and then the city's mayor, they defended the cop's action saying that he had the right to enter private property and lift the covers!

![]() During the initial talks with the police and subsequent with the mayor it became evident that these were liars who collaborated to get their stories to agree with each other's lies. The cops and the mayor made several 'slips' which suggest that this was a concerted effort.
Photo below was taken on a main street of the city to demonstrate what amounts to a
'dismantled vehicle', and when it was shown to the mayor he said that the person had
probably been 'notified'.

Now, several months later (photo below), the truck still
has neither the doors nor the bed, and the car that was parked on the far side of it
(photo above) is now parked on the near side of the truck and off the pavement.

The letter below was written to the FBI since an illegal search
was made on private property in search of probable cause.

Take a look at the documents below and see if you can catch some of the lies
these buffoons use to accomplish their goals. For now we will not elaborate but
will leave it to you because we do not want to alert these liars to the charges
they will be facing. In a meeting on March 18 Bill Davis, the city's mayor,
promised that he would check and then notify Mr. Pribich about the acceptability
of a cement block pavement while calling off the cops for 30 days after the
notification to give Mr. Pribich time to comply. There was no notification and
the cops continued their harassment. In that meeting, when challenged about the
constitutionality of search for probable cause on private property without a
search warrant, the mayor said that anyone who didn't "like the way things are
done in this country should go back where they came from".

| If the city wants to enforce parking codes on private property it is going about it in an unconstitutional way, just as the Jews in Washington are doing in violation of international law and the U.N. Charter by bombing the sovereign country of Yugoslavia. When asked, the city's mayor said that he had a number of Jews around him who are "doing a fine job" and that it would be absurd to suggest that any of them would instigate harassment. | |||
| There is much more to come, but for now you be the judge. BTW, we found out that the Jewish Defense League has been busy trying to do all the damage it can to CompuSerb and its founder. |
