Re: Violation of Terms of Service by www.compuserb.com

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a member of the law firm of Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu ("Fross Zelnick"). Fross Zelnick is one of the most respected and recognized firms specializilig in the area of intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights. Our reputation is our most valuabe asset, That reputation is being harmed by defamatory content posted at the website www.compuserb.com, wnich you host.

On that website is the statement "Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu lie about trademark." Not only is this false but it is defamatory. It maligns our fltm, our expertise and our business. Pursuant to Stargate Communications' usage policy version 1.1, Boris Pribich, owner of www.compuserb.com, agreed not to use Stargate's hosting services to post content that is defamatory. It is clear that Pribich, by stating that our firm "lies" (at www.compuserb.com/adl/foxlattr.htm/fofax1.htm) has breached his agreement with Stargate's policy, Under the terms of your policy, Stargate has an obligation to block access to the defamatory content or to otherwise remove the website or disable the material in question.

I would appreciate it if you would advise me by no later than December 18, 2002 as to what action you intend to take in light of the issues raised herein.
