MADRID --AP-- Ante Pavelic, 70, Qiusling president of Croatia during WWII and one of the leading war criminals still at large, died in the German hospital here. Pavelic was wanted by Yugoslavia for trial on charges that he was responsible for the killing of 700,000 Serbs and Jews during his three and a half years as the Axis viceroy.
